Adding VOIP phones

I’ve attempted to add a Yealink T46U and a T48S VOIP handset but they are not showing on the devices page.

My server seems to be running fine as I have several routers connected already with no issues.

I have confirmed there are no firewall issues. The handsets are able to Ping my server.

Is there anything specific I need to setup on Genie for the devices to show?

Start by looking at the GenieACS and handset logs. Does the CPE require auth? Is GenieACS configured with those credentials?
