Acs server not reconfiguring cpe after it looses configuration

Hello Everyone,

There is a trend observed by CPE losing configuration. And ACS, should automatically configure the CPE to the configuration it has whenever this occurs, even before I notice. However, this does not happen.

Please can anyone guide me on how to.

  1. Ensure my ACS reprovisions a CPE’s configuration that was saved on the ACS after it loses configuration
  2. Point me to the config file to be able to achieve this process.

This is behavior you would need to write using provision and extension scripts.

After you have your provision scripts written, its a simple matter of detecting the loss of provisioning and then kick off the workflow to reprovision the CPE.
