User permissions: how to setup only one CPE access

Hello everyone.

I have GenieACS 1.2.13.

Several hundred devices are connected to it.

How to set user permissions correctly to give the user “user”, which I will create myself, the rights to view and manage only one device?

I tried to add to the resource devices Filter: DeviceID.SerialNumber = 079780296701801, but when I log in to the user account I get error 500.

Please help.

Correct way to do it is DeviceID.SerialNumber = “079780296701801”, with quotes.
