GenieACS simulator devices are displayed as offline while trying to set/get parameters

Hi,

I have installed GenieACS in one of the server and pulled docker image of GenieACS simulator in another server. While I run the genieacs simulator from docker observed that device status is displayed as offline in GenieACS application.

Every set/get operations are listing under task queue and when I reload the device the respective parameters are set.
Could you please let me know how to make the device up in the GenieACS application.

Make sure the connection request URL is reachable from where genieacs-nbi is sitting. You can find that URL under this parameter: InternetGatewayDevice.ManagementServer.ConnectionRequestURL
