I am doing a new installation of acs version acs 1.2.3 on debian 9.13 distro but when I get to see the status of GenieACS services with this command:
systemctl status genieacs-cwmp
I find myself the following error:

What could be the problem?

You would need to look in the log files to figure out whats going on. I’d check in /var/log/genieacs-cwml.log (or where ever you have the CWMP process set to log to).
