I tried searching that and refreshing it and summoning it on the non working one over and over and it would not branch out
Maybe im doing something wrong? It displays every time on the one I fixed. I will find another one that does not display and try the branch, like you say.

Based on your results, it may very well be a bug in the firmware.
Can you request the data model from them?
That would show you if and where the parameter is in the tree.
I dont think its a bug.
I think that its potentially a security feature, or maybe they are trying to make the ONT difficult to manage, so youll buy cloud options.
I am now encountering a problem where I cannot get remote access to work, if I set it as one of the parameters. still plugging away at it bit by bit.
