I tried searching that and refreshing it and summoning it on the non working one over and over and it would not branch out
Maybe im doing something wrong? It displays every time on the one I fixed. I will find another one that does not display and try the branch, like you say.

I think that its potentially a security feature, or maybe they are trying to make the ONT difficult to manage, so youll buy cloud options.
I am now encountering a problem where I cannot get remote access to work, if I set it as one of the parameters. still plugging away at it bit by bit.
I am wondering the same thing. We are in the process of standing up GenieACS for Calix devices because the cloud is becoming less and less reliable. Calix is prompting our customers to pay for features they should already have and other accounts simply don’t load anymore. It has been this way for months now and Calix just says everything is fine. I am looking for someone who can help get us started. Thank you!
