Hi all
I want to find out is there a way that GenieACS dashboard can automatically update or refresh , or is it something that is set in the browser.
Basically I want to have it on a screen in our office that have a live view or at least with a 5 min delay refresh rate on the Charts
I’m not sure if GenieACS has than option but even if it doesn’t, you can install a plugin, a script or an app that would automatically refresh the Overview page.

There is no builtin mechanism to do that. As @dustin said, you can use a script or app to automatically refresh the page.
