I need to use MongoDB Atlas as my primary database. How to do that

You can set MONGODB_CONNECTION_URL with atlas url.

I had done that. But still my services are using the local mongodb database

Did you edit the genieacs.env file and restart the UI/NBI/FS/CWMP processes?
