Get the complete list of parameters for new equipment

What is the correct way to obtain all possible parameters only from new equipment, not from all, in this case a UN C-Data FD604GW-DG-Z710? It is added, but only 238 possible 2001 parameters are shown. This information that I am replicating is from the list of devices.
