hello, for soem device I get error 500
so when I apply this command for debugging

journalctl -u genieacs-ui.service -f

I get this error

I am not able to refresh or push any datamodel to those devices, can any one help me please

You probably need to provide more information… Like what version of GenieACS you are using. What the device is thats causing you issues. What provision scripts are enabled. What trouble shooting steps you have tried, etc

there are some devices causing the problem when I am trying to search about them the system getting freezing, today I found that the database has been reset by itself and genieacs redirected me to the wizard page.
Actually, I did not do any troubleshooting as I am not able to get more details about the error.
