I want to download the all device parameters, but when I click the download button, files do not download. The default is : failed - there is not file. How can i overcome this issue?

Which version is this? Are both of you on the same version?
Is there a space in your filename, or in the “Product Class” of the device?
EDIT: I ask because I am seeing the same issue, but only on devices where there is a SPACE in the Product Class string. Anyone have an idea of a work around for that?
I have tried adding %20 and + into the space for the URL but still receive an error.

I am experiencing this same issue on v1.2.
Only on devices that have a space in their Product Class/Device ID
