Hello,

I have a lot of logs like these:

2020-02-17T09:22:17.249Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=2 totalRequests=2 initiatedSessions=0 pid=1244
2020-02-17T09:22:27.232Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=5 totalRequests=5 initiatedSessions=0 pid=1243
2020-02-17T09:22:27.250Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=3 totalRequests=3 initiatedSessions=0 pid=1244
2020-02-17T09:22:37.232Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=2 totalRequests=2 initiatedSessions=0 pid=1243
2020-02-17T09:22:37.251Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=3 totalRequests=3 initiatedSessions=0 pid=1244
2020-02-17T09:22:47.232Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=4 totalRequests=4 initiatedSessions=0 pid=1243
2020-02-17T09:22:47.251Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=3 totalRequests=3 initiatedSessions=0 pid=1244

and no device is updated at all.
Should I increase the number of worker processes ?

Thanks,

BR

This may be a bug. Can you update to the latest master and see if the issue persists?

Hi,

I cloned the master branch this morning, and I still have the issue:

> 2020-02-18T10:52:31.017Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=3 totalRequests=16 initiatedSessions=4 pid=879
> 2020-02-18T10:52:32.098Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=3 totalRequests=3 initiatedSessions=0 pid=969
> 2020-02-18T10:52:41.018Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=3 totalRequests=21 initiatedSessions=3 pid=879
> 2020-02-18T10:52:42.099Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=9 totalRequests=9 initiatedSessions=0 pid=969
> 2020-02-18T10:52:51.017Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=15 totalRequests=15 initiatedSessions=0 pid=879
> 2020-02-18T10:52:52.099Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=13 totalRequests=13 initiatedSessions=0 pid=969
> 2020-02-18T10:53:01.018Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=21 totalRequests=21 initiatedSessions=0 pid=879
> 2020-02-18T10:53:02.100Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=22 totalRequests=22 initiatedSessions=0 pid=969
> 2020-02-18T10:53:11.017Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=28 totalRequests=28 initiatedSessions=0 pid=879
> 2020-02-18T10:53:12.100Z [WARN] Worker overloaded; droppedRequests=30 totalRequests=30 initiatedSessions=0 pid=969

I already tried to increase the nomber or workers, but the issue remains, and it uses to much RAM.

But it seems to have improved other issues.

Hi

I set GENIEACS\_MAX\_CONCURRENT\_REQUESTS to 200, and now everything is OK.
