# Worker died for all services

can any one solve this

the process is already running or you have another process running on the same port. If you didn’t start any processes manually, make sure each service has a different port in the genieacs.env file.

yes i configured different ports for different services.

the main constrant is i configured ONUs, but genieacs not recognising.

i saw in document, i added cwmp.auth, i connected ONU directly to switch port, that has one port connected to system, one is OLT.

i am able to configure, OLT , PON port is recognising by OLT. This was ok

i am trying to connect ONU i.e. GX, directly to switch port.

how to add users to genieacs-cwmp service, i added genieacs-ui, is admin, user, test.
