# Who can help debug

I want someone to help me debug ACS, because my device is always offline, and even if Device.ManagementServer.ConnectionRequestURL Error, also can receive incomplete parameters.

I use easycwmp prototype test, everything is normal.

I don’t know if it’s because CWMP doesn’t use TCP.

Hi sixteen,

Can you ping from one device to another? There are any firewall rules or device between them?

Make sure that ConnectionRequest credentials configured on device (in this case easycwmp) exists in your GenieACS configuration.

I can ping another computer because the device and the server are connected to the same gateway. The server I started with a virtual machine is in bridge mode.
