# Unexpected response status code 500

Friends I just installed this GenieACS, however when accessing the UI, and logging in with the admin user I’m having this error:  
“Unexpected response status code 500”

And it is being generated by the following log:

Can someone help me?

Make sure you’re using Node 12 or higher.
