# Unable to install genieacs either from source or npm

I’m getting an error with node-pre-gyp:  
npm ERR! Failed at the libxmljs@0.18.8 install script ‘node-pre-gyp install --fallback-to-build --loglevel http’.

I had a working install-script on Centos 7 that checked out from github and worked a month ago, but now it’s broken. I’ve tried installing it with npm too, but it fails. Could you write some more specific dependencies? What kind of environment are you building this is, maybe there’s a better way for us?  
I see that you recommend node 8.x but from what I can read that’s a bit old now.

In addition I’ve tried to install it on ubuntu 18.04, but the same errors pop up there.

I have the debug-log, but it’s way too large to paste in as it is.
