# Try to catch pppoe username , password

Hi ,

We have our own kasda configured router with default pppoe username and password , also ACS url

I see lot of routers comes to my ACS , but I can’t see pppoe username, password , ip , mac because of wrong conf. in genieacs-gui/config/index\_parameters.yml

I set the following :

Serial number: InternetGatewayDevice.DeviceInfo.SerialNumber

Product class: InternetGatewayDevice.DeviceInfo.ProductClass

Software version: InternetGatewayDevice.DeviceInfo.SoftwareVersion

MAC: InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice.1.WANConnectionDevice.1.WANIPConnection.1.MACAddress

IP: InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice.1.WANConnectionDevice.1.WANIPConnection.1.ExternalIPAddress

WLAN SSID: InternetGatewayDevice.LANDevice.1.WLANConfiguration.1.SSID

User Name: InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice._.WANConnectionDevice._.WANPPPConnection.\*.Username

Password: InternetGatewayDevice.WANDevice._.WANConnectionDevice._.WANPPPConnection.\*.Password

Time Stamp: InternetGatewayDevice.DeviceInfo.X\_BROADCOM\_COM\_SwBuildTimestamp
