# Sending a script to a router

Hi,  
We are using genie ACS. I would like to know if it is possible to send a file (for example) script to a router and make it run inside the router. Not sending a config file or updating the firmware but rather sending a new script file to be written on a non-votile memory in the router. This entirely depends on the router. Some like Mikrotik have scripting languages. Others like Zyxel/Comtrend/Adtran/SmartRG/etc do not.
