I have deployed _[GitHub - GeiserX/genieacs-docker: Automated configuration files for your GenieACS deployment](https://github.com/GeiserX/genieacs-docker)_ successfully on a server and am trying to connect the D-link router to the genieacs. I have entered the acs url as [http://server-ip:7547](http://server-ip:7547)(7547 port is public over the server) and the username and password as admin and admin. but the router is not connecting to the acs. Also i was able to connect the router connecting a LAN cable to my laptop. I connected it to the geniacs locally on my laptop. Now my router is over the internet and I want to connect it to the acs but am failing. Kindly please help, I’ll very thankful to you for the same. I checked the router logs.

- **Repeated Log Entries for `tr069_notify_redirect`**

tr069\_notify\_redirect[240]: is\_configuring\_by\_tr069 0 buf off

```auto
This indicates that TR-069 is **not actively configuring** the router (`is_configuring_by_tr069 0`), meaning the device may not be attempting to contact the ACS at all.
* **DMS Redirect State Output Shows TR-069 is Inactive**
dms_redirect_state_output[240]: is_active = no is_factory = no is_con_up_v4 = yes is_con_up_v6 = no is_flashing = no is_configuring = no
```

- `is_active = no` → TR-069 is **not active**.
- `is_con_up_v4 = yes` → IPv4 connectivity is available.
- `is_configuring = no` → The router is **not currently applying any TR-069 configuration**.
- **DMS Redirect Config Output Shows TR-069 Settings**

dms\_redirect\_cfg\_output[240]: enable = yes, cable = yes, connections = yes, factory = yes, flashing = yes

```auto
* TR-069 (`enable = yes`) is enabled.
* `connections = yes` suggests that networking is functional.
```

The logs seem to suggest that the device is not trying to contact genieacs.

Do you see anything on the genieacs logs?
Can you perform a packet capture on your router’s WAN interface to confirm that it is trying to reach your genieacs?
