# Pull or get file from CPE

Hi,

I am using GenieACS GUI version successfully and I am able to see all the information of my CPE (a gateway) properly.  
Also saw that I can “Push File” that I have previously uploaded via Admin-\>Files.

I am looking for the reverse. My gateway documentation says to initiate a download with type “2 Vendor Log File” to get debug logs from gateway.  
Is this possible with GenieACS v1.2 and if so how to do it?
