Good morning, we are using GenieACS and it has been working correctly; however, for a portion of our equipment (3%), we are receiving the error: “faultCode: ‘9002’ faultString: Internal error setParameterValuesFault: null”. We are able to retrieve information from the CPEs, but we are unable to execute actions from GenieACS. ---

You would need to check syslog on the CPE for more information on the cause. If there is no info in syslog, you will need to attach a [USB TTL adapter](https://www.amazon.com/DSD-TECH-Adapter-FT232RL-Compatible/dp/B07BBPX8B8) to the internal 4 pin serial header. Not every vendor populates the 4 pin header, but I have yet to see a CPE without the option to install the header. The serial settings are usually 115200, 8n1
