# Please Help Some CPE cant subcribe to my ACS Server

Im building Genieacs Server (version 1.2.9 on Ubuntu 20.04 server) to manage Router FTTH.  
It’s ok with 350 device status online…  
But some device cant not subcribe to the server, I’ve tried to capture packet, it send the hello packet but the server didnt respone.  
Did anyone get this issue before.

I’ve not run into this before. Check the logs on the CPE and check the logs on the ACS. I’m betting you will find a fault in one of them. If I had to hazard a guess, the CPE is sending bad XML. It could be sending bad XML in the form of unquoted properties, or properties missing an opening/closing quote mark. Or bad datetimes.
