# ONUs are online, but they are showing in Others

All the ONUs are online, But they moved to Others Category. Can any one suggest.

What do you mean by “online” ? Online in GenieACS mean they communicate with the ACS server, not that internet is working fine on those ONU. Can you summon those from the device page ? If you dump the traffic with tcpdump, does the ONU send inform to the server ?
