Hi.. Hi Amar, That error usually means that the ACS does not have connectivity to the CPE. - Can you ping the CPE from the ACS? - Is the ConnectionRequest port open on the CPE? - Is your ACS using the correct interface to reach the CPE? ---

Hi Dustin 1 i ping acs From CPE its working Connection Req Port is open port forwording Done in ont and also check on ping.eu port is open or not it s open 3 i am using correct url to reach cpe to acs plz check this issue thanxs For Your Reply ont show online but not summon acs work ok when its on Lan Network ---

When you click the Summon button, the communication is from ACS to CPE. - Can you confirm if you tried ping from ACS to the CPE? - What is the ConnectionRequest port used by your CPE? ---

To ping from the ACS to the CPE, you would need command line access. Whether from terminal or SSH. Port 7547 is usually the port used on the ACS for the CPE to send data. Try here to see what port is used by your CPE: - InternetGatewayDevice.ManagementServer.ConnectionRequestURL ---

Sorry but I didn’t notice sooner that your CPE has a private IP. Are you using CGNAT or behind double-NAT? If YES to one of the above, then you would need to setup STUN to be able to summon the CPE. You can search in the forum for how to set that up. Also, your CPE needs port 8888 open for the summon to work. ---

Please share what you did so that it can help others in the future. My server is still 1.2.9 and I recall other folks mentioned stun failing on newer versions. I cannot remember the steps that I took to get my own working because it has been so long.
