# Offline devices on acs

Good morning, in my test genieACS there are devices that are apparently online, but when clicking summon it shows the following message - 00E0FC-Huawei-“QRV7S2\*\*\*\*\*\*\*127: Device is offline”.

This happens for all devices, and even if you delete them, they go back up the same way.  
What can I do?

That message is usually displayed because GenieACS is unable to ping the CPE.
