Hello everyone! is there any way to accept any values of username and passowrd in cwmp.connectionRequestAuth ? ---

Did you confirm that the Connection Request values are correct on the ACS and your device? ---

After clicking on your device, go to the All Parameters section below and look for these values: ![image](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex035/uploads/genieacs/original/2X/c/c69052fb0164a8265d1828bb5b98ea9e49e34fa3.png) The Username and Password shown here should match what was set in your device by the GenieACS script. Log into your device, find the TR69 section and see if it matches, ---

It matches with the CPE device and still sometimes I get the error “No contact to CPE”. Only after I click retry multiple times it works. ---

If it works some of the time, you should enable debugging on the ACS and see what happens (or doesn’t) when you try to Summon.
