# Need info on GenieACS simulator

Hi,

I have pulled the docker image of GenieACS simulator. GenieACS simulated devices got detected in GenieACS. But, I am not able to reboot/reset the device?

Error that “Method not supported” is displayed.

Please confirm that reboot/reset options are really not supported by GenieACS.  
I doubt because I also face the error “Device is offline” and i am not sure how to fix it.

Please help me.

genieacs-sim doesn’t support reboot and factory reset.
