# How to fix this erorr EHOSTUNREACH & Device is offline

After updating GenieACS, whenever I click on the “Summon” button on any router to refresh or make changes in the router, I receive an error saying "EHOSTUNREACH

D01E1D-HGU%2DV200%2D4AC-DBCG1D345E16: Connection request error: connect EHOSTUNREACH 172.16.24.194:7547

and my all devices is onelie
