Hello, i am new to genieACS and i am trying to figure out how to add device. Here is my router detail: Device Type: GPON Manufacturer: NBEL Model Name: G-1425-MA Hardware Version: 3FE47510BAAA Software Version: 3FE46343AFIA94 The login credentials i use to get into the server is Username: s\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* Password: T\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* Here is what i have done in tr069 setting in router so far ![Untitled-1](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex035/uploads/genieacs/original/2X/a/ab1125be39d28e6b574f46d6314718127ff61e87.png) But the device is not shown in the dashboard of genieacs… help ---

you added in the config of the genieacs under admin – \> config , this: cwmp.auth and cwmp.connectionRequestAuth to: AUTH(“cpe”, “cpe”) AUTH(“RMS”, “RMS”) you need to add that so genieacs can auth to the CPE. ---

Did you try without “cwmp.auth and cwmp.connectionRequestAuth”? Failing that you could perform a packet capture on your server to confirm what (if any) packets are coming from your GPON device. ---

confiuguration in acs is fine ig cause other routers are being added to portal ---

Are the other routers the same model and firmware version? ---

Unfortunately, no. All other routers added to this server are of different model. The router i am trying to add is first of its kind ---

Then you should try to confirm what communication is happening between the device and your server. Try a packet capture. It’s possible the device is not sending out anything to register on the ACS. ---
