How to calculate RPS (request per second) and TPS(transaction per second) for geneiacs project?

Any formula or any way to calculate this?

RPS/TPS is a terrible measure in this use case.

What you really care about is the number of CPEs that can be supported. I know there are some users on here that have over 100,000 CPEs connected to their ACS using modest hardware, 4 core machines IIRC.
