# First steps with GenieACS

I have successfully completed the entire installation process, and have added 3 devices of different models for testing. I have not changed any configuration and it is exactly as it was installed. I cannot change any configuration of the devices I added. One of them, for example, shows the following error:

Where and how do I fix it? (Please provide as much detail as possible if applicable)
