# Executed task result logic

Hi,

I am trying to implement task result with genieacs how we could possibly have task result, after task executes, got deleted from task list unless it has error, what i am asking is what is the logic behind finding if task executed successfully or not, like firmware upgrade task to decide if first upgrade firmware successful so we could continue firmware upgrade chain or not.

For firmware, you can look in the `Downloads.{i}.*` parameters. Each instance records the last successful file transfer.

thanks for the help, i dont know if its related to my cpe firmware but i coundnt find the downloads path on data model

The `Downloads` parameters are not part of the TR069/181/et. al specs. Its a parameter that GenieACS adds. An entry is only created when the CPE completes (or attempts to) a file download.

thanks for the help, very useful, but two more thing on my cpe seems just download date is correct and got updated but rest of download parameters remains empty or has wrong date and time, as i checked the cpe date is correct, second one is when we update multiple framewares does this parameter get more numbers like 3,4 and so on or it only shows last two, as i tested with same firmware file it only update the one with same filename’s date doesnt add more entry.
