# Error install Genie ACS 1.2.3

I am doing a new installation of acs version acs 1.2.3 on debian 9.13 distro but when I get to see the status of GenieACS services with this command:  
systemctl status genieacs-cwmp  
I find myself the following error:  
(genieacs-cwmp.service - GenieACS CWMP  
Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/genieacs-cwmp.service; enabled; vendor pr  
Active: failed (Result: exit-code) since Thu 2020-10-29 15:28:27 CET; 2h 36mi  
Process: 1124 ExecStart = / usr / bin / genieacs-cwmp (code = exited, status = 1 / FAILURE)  
Main PID: 1124 (code = exited, status = 1 / FAILURE))  
What could be the problem?

You would need to look in the log files to figure out whats going on. I’d check in /var/log/genieacs-cwml.log (or where ever you have the CWMP process set to log to).
