# Enabled, started and not starting services

Hi,

when i checking status of the services, they are showing failed.

But very first time, if i run services, mean by closing all tabs and opening, that time only genieacs web page is showing. But no login and saying that UI\_JWT\_SECRET not set

i can solve, this secret.

but can anyone say that why services are showing failed, when i run services.

when i run with systemctl genieacs-services, then only 3 services, except FS , all are showing that worker listening. Only FS showing that worked died.

eventhough failed the services, why services are showing “worker listening”
