# Device offline error while doing any operation in genieacs server

Hi,  
Getting Device offline error while doing any operation.  
But the Device shows online in GUI and Its says Pinging to that IP.

Pinging 172.16.7.21: 0 ms  
Last inform 11/28/2020, 1:16:09 AM  
Online now
