I see a config option `cwmp.downloadSuccessOnTimeout` for CPEs that do not send a download success. Should this be set to `true` or `false`? I also see a corresponding record in the **Operations** collection of the database. ---

Set to `true` if you want GenieACS to consider timeout during download a success. ---
