How to create new wan profile using acs server please let me know the way or parameter

in order to config wan profile in one go Like VAN and PPPoE username and password  
and also

please let me know the parameter of VLAN how to know that CPE run on which VLAN

You need to know the vendor. Not all vendors use the same parameters.
